EXONERATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CHEZ BOAZ TOURS shall be exempted from the contracted obligations in cases of force majeure or acts of God such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, climatic or natural phenomena, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits, health issues and/or any other circumstances beyond the company’s control such as accidents, road difficulties or adverse weather conditions.
  • CHEZ BOAZ TOURS shall not be liable for any legal matters or other inconveniences in which the TRAVELER may be involved, including immigration matters, investigations or requests from authorities. In the event that THE TRAVELER is forced to withdraw from the excursion for such reasons, CHEZ BOAZ TOURS will not assume responsibility for any personal expenses incurred by the passenger.
  • CHEZ BOAZ TOURS reserves the right to withdraw from the tour anyone who incurs in behaviors that attempt against the realization of the trip, legal problems and other causes not attributable to CHEZ BOAZ TOURS being exempted from the personal expenses incurred by the client.
  • CHEZ BOAZ TOURS reserves the right to make modifications to the plan or tourist service contracted in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, without requiring the user’s acceptance.

RESERVATION OF SERVICES

  • Please note that you must request reservations at least 1 day prior to your travel date.
  • To confirm your reservation you must make the payment of 100% of the trip before the start date.
  • An exception to the previous item is made for tourist products where an initial deposit is requested, since the traveler will have the possibility to pay an initial deposit in order to reserve his/her participation. initial deposit of the total amount, and the remaining amount up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure. If payment is not made within the established time, the agency may refrain from operating the reserved service.
  • Initial deposits are non-refundable, since it is a small amount of money of the total value of the booked tour product. Initial deposits are used for administrative and financial expenses of the tourism agency.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • For cancellation of the service with a period of more than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start date, a penalty will be applied at the expense of the traveler, equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the total value of the service.
  • If the traveler cancels the service between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the service, sixty percent (60%) of the total value of the service will be refunded.
  • If the traveler cancels the service between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the service, sixty percent (60%) of the total value of the service will be refunded.
  • If the traveler cancels the service between days 7 and 0, or during its development, he/she will lose one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid.
  • In case of no-show on the day and time of the trip, you will lose any right to a refund or reimbursement of the money paid for the reservation.
  • Travelers who book and generate their payment the day before or the same day of the tour departure, in the event that they request to cancel the tour departure, will not be refunded.
  • Once the contracted service has started, no refunds of any kind will be made.

VALID DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

  • CHEZ BOAZ TOURS assumes that THE TRAVELER is aware and knows of the fact that in order to carry out the trip in Colombia and taking into account the requirements ofCHEZ BOAZ TOURS, The latter must have the required documents, such as visa, vaccinations, certificates, among others. CHEZ BOAZ TOURS expressly declares that THE TRAVELER shall be solely responsible for complying with the presentation of the documents required at any time by it, as well as for the consequences of any related non-compliance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICIES:

  • All CHEZ BOAZ TOURS trips include a medical assistance policy, contracted with the insurance company (Colombia), where CHEZ BOAZ TOURSoperates as an intermediary for the purchase. This assistance policy has specific coverages and amounts and operates under conditions set by the company.

TRAVELER’S ACCEPTANCES

  • The food offered are pre-established menus typical of the region, other different menu the passenger must assume the difference.
